"Community Layers" at the Macclesfield Strawberry Fete
At the Fete myself and Airley encouraged everyone of all ages to contribute in our 'Community Layers' painting. We offered this free, fun, cathartic opportunity to express.
Several different mediums were used including oil pastels, textas and paint.
It was wonderful to see people of all ages getting a sense of joy, freedom, reminders of passions, an opportunity to download all sorts of feelings and playing.

"Have a Go" Interntational day of People with Disability
At the new Summit Sport and Rec Park, everyone was invited to express and add to the layers of this Community Artwork.
A young boy painted for the first time and loved it. A man had a heart put on the painting to represent the love for his Dad who recently passed. Some children enjoyed the sensory exploration of playing with the paint. A young man changed the energy of the painting in bringing a movement and gesture into the forms, Many hearts and love were added to this creation. A man with a head injury painted something which looked like brain fibre connectors. Nature was expressed and appreciated.
